The staff at CrossBorder Music want you to be happy with our products and services. Although we try
very hard to provide you with a wide range of high-quality merchandise
at the lowest prices possible, we understand that customers may not always be satisfied with the products
they have received through mail-order. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with our products, you are entitled to a full refund on the following conditions: 1. Before returning any products, you must first call CrossBorder Music to receive a Return Authorization Number. 2. Items must be returned within 20 days of our original shipping date to you. There will be NO returns after 20 days. 3. Returned items must be in resalable condition--i.e., they must be
returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including owner's manual (where
applicable), warranty documents, etc. 4. Returned items must not show any signs of wear and tear, and damage,
such as scratches, dents, etc. Items showing wear and tear or damage
will not be accepted for refunds. 5. Certain items will not be accepted for refunds: mouthpieces,
harmonicas, used strings (incl. opened packages), sheet music, and
books. 6. Shipping expenses to and from CrossBorder Music are YOUR responsibility.
7. There will be NO REFUNDS on consignment sales. |
